PolyMax™ PETG offers better mechanical properties than any other regular PETG making it a good candidate for a wide range of applications.

Technology

PolyMax™ PETG features Polymaker's Nano-reinforcement technology:

Nano-reinforcement - Nano-reinforcement technology is applied to produce filaments with excellent mechanical properties and printing quality. It dramatically improves the toughness of the material by increasing its impact resistance.

Print Settings

Nozzle Temperature:
230˚C – 240˚C


Printing Speed:
30mm/s – 50mm/s


Bed Temperature:
70˚C – 80˚C


Bed Surface:
BuildTak®, PEI sheet


Cooling Fan:
LOW for better surface quality
OFF for better strength.


Note: Based on 0.4 mm nozzle and Simplify 3D v.3.1. Printing conditions may vary with different printers and nozzle diameters
